The ideal schedule depends on your scalp, hair-care routine, product use, and individual concerns. After your first scalp analysis, we can recommend an appropriate maintenance schedule for you.

Yes. Head-spa treatments combine personalized scalp care, detoxification, hydration, and therapeutic massage to encourage relaxation and relieve everyday scalp, head, and neck tension.

Many guests schedule regular visits for both relaxation and ongoing cosmetic scalp care.

For first-time clients, expect about 3–3.5 hours for a complete scalp analysis plus treatment. Follow-up sessions are typically about 90 minutes, depending on add-ons chosen.

We design every experience with intention and results in mind.

We can only accommodate two guests at a time in our private room for our Head Spa; as such, multiple appointments would have to be either back-to-back or at different times/dates.

Children can receive scalp care if they are comfortable with the experience and can remain relaxed during the session.

Our treatments use natural products and are generally safe, but we recommend consulting your doctor first to ensure there are no restrictions specific to your health.

Yes, we treat all hair textures — straight, curly, coily, fine, or thick — because head spa care focuses on scalp health first, which applies to every hair type.

For safety and access to the scalp, we cannot perform a head spa while extensions, braids, or sew-ins are in place. We recommend scheduling a session before or after your extension service.

All of our ingredients are safe for any kind of treated hair! However, if you had recently done any kind of chemical services within a week before your Head Spa appointment, there is a chance that the color/keratin may fade during our detoxing process. Therefore, we recommend customers to wait at least 2 weeks after any kind of hair treatment before receiving a Head Spa. 

A Dominican blowout / style is not included with the Head Spa and must be requested as an add-on service if desired.

We accept both cash and credit/debit cards.

If you loved the service, the standard tip is 20% of the total charge. We highly appreciate tips in cash or cash app.

Different services and technologies have different contraindications. Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant, recently had surgery or a cosmetic procedure, have an active scalp or skin condition, take medication that affects treatment, or receive care for a significant medical condition.

Services involving massage, steam, hydrodermabrasion, high frequency, or light therapy may require additional screening and may need to be modified or postponed.

Do not attend an appointment with open wounds, active infection, bleeding, fever, or significant scalp inflammation.

When appropriate, medical clearance may be required. True Crown Head Spa provides cosmetic wellness services and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
